Picked up on a visit to Calusa Coffee Roasters on June 29. A Colombia Huila — Calusa’s label calls it “mildly sweet, with caramel, herb-like, lemon & lime notes.”
My own brewing notes and score are still to come — I’ll update once I’ve dialed it in on the V60. (Varietal and roast level weren’t listed on the bag; washed is the standard process for Huila.)
